Refund Policy
At Whimsy Mystery Scoops & Curated Gifts, all of our products — including mystery boxes and curated gifts — are final sale. Due to the surprise nature of our mystery boxes, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds based on the contents of your order.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel at whimsymsg@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
We will assess each case individually and, where applicable, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Incorrect Orders If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours at whimsymsg@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
